At So Fetching, we are dedicated to crafting distinctive dog collars and leashes that showcase the unique personality and style of every cherished pet. Our products are handcrafted using genuine Biothane, leather, rope, high-quality hardware, and luxury crystals, combining elegance with durability.

Care

BioThane®, rope and paracord boasts durability, waterproof features, and ease of maintenance. However, it’s important to remember that it is not resistant to chewing, scratching, or rough treatment, especially from dogs that enjoy rolling in various substances. A dogs coat type can impact the wear and longevity of products. 

 

Over time, fittings may acquire a dark layer, show scratches, or fade. Additionally, brass hardware can tarnish light-colored Biothane, both of these are a common occurrence that cannot be avoided. Crystals tend to change color in saltwater. Be sure to remove collars during the application and drying of spot-on flea treatments, as this can damage the products.  Hand clean the collar/leash with soap and water as needed.

Repair for Custom Collars and Leashes

We provide free repairs for any items damaged within six months of normal use. For items that have been used longer than this period or subjected to unreasonable wear, we will charge a reasonable fee for repairs. (This doesn't include the DIY Dog Gear Kits.)

Refunds/Returns

Please note that custom items, such as collars and leashes, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We cannot be held responsible for any errors made in measuring for custom items, and all orders are crafted to the specifications provided.

 

For all other items, they must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of your order's ship. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of your item, minus shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee, in the form of a non-expiring gift card in US Dollars.
